This year's Institute focused on the legal issues facing corporate counsel in light of the current economic downturn. Highlights included sessions on the risks of doing business in non-U.S jurisdictions and corporate responsibility as well as a keynote address by Linda Chapman Thomsen, Director of Enforcement at the SEC.
