This year's Institute was held at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins at the top of Nob Hill in the heart of San Francisco. Attorneys from across the country gathered to discuss the impact of the current financial crisis on today's corporate counsel. Highlights included sessions on social responsibility, ethics, and SEC developments affecting corporations. Participants also enjoyed a keynote address from SEC Regional Director Marc Fagel.

Corporate Counsel from 26 different states gathered this year at The Westin St. Francis, a beautiful and historic hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Experienced practitioners and general counsel discussed activism, electronic document management, executive comp. and other current issues for in-house counsel.
